FMC Corp (1979) in Cost Acctg and Fin Analysis in Cable Crane & Exc. Div; Dom & Int'l Internal Audit in Corp Office (Chicago); Acctg Mgr in Agri Mach Div; finishing as Controller at the Paradise Peak Mine for the FMC Gold Co.  Boise from 1992, CFO for Hoff Companies (timber, bldg mat, and residential land development). Meridian from 1999 CFO for Micro 100 Tool Corp (solid carbide cutting tools).  Guided Due Diligence efforts with eight companies from 2012-2018 to sell Micro 100, with successful close on Jan 1, 2019.  Retired Sept 2019 to transition into community and public roles with Meridian Chbr of Comm, City of Meridian, and CPA profession.  Appointed to the ID State Board of Accountancy by Gov Little for a 5-yr term, 2019–24.

Nick Grove is the Library Director for the Meridian Library District and has worked in a number of roles for the library over the past decade. As the manager of unBound, which is the district’s Business and Technology Library, he was able to take unBound from an idea to opening in 8 months. Nick was honored to be named to Library Journal's 2016 Mover & Shaker list. Starting in 2016, Nick served 1 year as vice president, 2 years as president, and 2 years as past-president of the Meridian Downtown Business Association; he currently sits on the Meridian Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Outside of work he has served on the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission, and coached a youth soccer teams. In 2020, Nick was honored to be recognized as the Meridian Man of the Year by the Meridian Chamber of Commerce.

Teri Capshaw and her husband Jesse recently reopened the W. McMillan Gandolfo's New York Deli location. 
In additional to managing catering operations at the deli, Teri is a published author, manages the couple's vending business and--most importantly-- is a homeschooling mom of five budding entrepreneurs (and business advisors). Teri also enjoys serving as a 4-H leader and her involvement in ministry at Calvary Chapel Eagle.
