About Us

Imagine offers a therapeutic environment for adolescent clients aged 12-17, to engage in extended outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. We welcome teens to develop their voice and feel empowered to grow.

Our goal is to foster confidence, build tools to navigate the ups and downs in life, and engage with loved ones in it. We address the many factors that contribute to mental health struggles including internal factors such as mental health disorders, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and confidence. As well as external components such as family dynamics, social environments, and past traumas.

Our locations in Nampa and Boise offer in person and virtual Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services covered by most major insurances including Medicaid and Tricare.
