I have closed roughly 750 transactions in my 30+ years as a licensed Realtor in Idaho. I have closed brand new homes with 68 different builders & represented 7 developers. My fellow Realtors voted me in as their 2010 President of their local association; a Board of Director for the local and state associations, their MLS; and as the IdahoCRS Chapter President.
My favorite award was receiving the Distinguished Service Award from the Ada County Association of Realtors for giving back to the industry and our community. 15 years later, I am the 2022 President (voluntary position) of a local non-profit, Wish Granters, Inc. Their mission is to grant a wish to local terminal (non-age related) adults in the Treasure Valley.
