Zelus Recovery is a specialized outpatient treatment program offering evidence-based care for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Designed as an alternative to high-volume treatment models, Zelus Recovery prioritizes clinical quality, individualized care, and long-term outcomes.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment that evaluates substance use, mental health, physical health, family systems, and work or school demands. This process ensures accurate level-of-care placement and a personalized treatment plan that evolves over time.
A cornerstone of the Zelus model is its small group structure, capped at fewer than twelve participants. Smaller groups enhance engagement, safety, accountability, and allow clinicians to closely monitor progress and identify risk early. All services are provided by licensed, master’s-level clinicians trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
Zelus Recovery offers a full outpatient continuum, including ambulatory detox (detox at home), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when appropriate—allowing clients to maintain work, school, and family responsibilities.
