Rick Isaacson is a Boise State University alumnus and a distinguished leader who spent nearly four decades building SERVPRO into a national powerhouse. Joining his family’s business in 1985, he played a pivotal role in crafting its strategic focus, building a nationally recognized brand, and improving its award-winning franchise system. As CEO, he led the sale of a majority stake of the company to private equity firm Blackstone and oversaw systemwide sales grow from $2.4B to $4.5B. Rick remains an active member of the SERVPRO Board of Managers and now works to establish his family's foundation, bringing the wealth of his entrepreneurial experience to Christian causes.
