FoodSpace - Ribbon Cutting
Join us for FoodSpace's Ribbon Cutting!
Foodservice design firm FoodSpace, led by President and CEO Joe Schumaker, has opened a one-of-a-kind, 5,600-square-foot test kitchen and culinary studio.
Located in Meridian, Idaho, the facility serves as “an agnostic platform where chefs, manufacturers and innovators can test and compare products under real-world conditions,” the company says in the release. “The versatility of our kitchen allows for unbiased experimentation, fostering an environment where creativity knows no bounds.”
Along with testing products, guests can use the facility to conduct demonstrations or produce engaging events. It can host culinary retreats or serve as a rental space for day use. Along with the kitchen, it includes private offices, coworking spaces, a dining room and meeting rooms.
FoodSpace’s partners Sage & Parsley Investments along with the Biltmore Co. and its subcontractors provided support for the facility.
