We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks and client communications efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with drafting and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of memos, letters, and other communications.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Office Management:

- Oversee office supplies inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Client Support:

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communicate with the firm’s clients regarding the progress and management of their matters with the firm
- Assist with scheduling client appointments and meetings.
- Provide support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
