Operations & Logistics Coordinator

The Role

Hoopla isn’t your average warehouse—we are a high-energy, aesthetics-driven branding agency, and we need a professional who treats our operations with the same care we treat our clients. We are moving away from a traditional "warehouse" mindset and looking for an Operations & Logistics Coordinator.

This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of physical precision and administrative "brain power." You will be the engine of our facility, managing everything from the quality of our products to the efficiency of our shipping workflows and the organization of our office.

What You’ll Do

  • Inventory & Systems Management: Act as the "Source of Truth" for our inventory. You’ll use Sortly and Syncore to track arrivals, manage stock levels, and proactively flag any production delays.

  • The "Gold Standard" QC: Inspect inbound merchandise with an obsessive eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for spotting thread pulls, lint, or logo misalignments before they ever reach a client.

  • Logistics Mastery: Use Shippo to manage all outbound shipping. You will be expected to think critically about shipping methods to balance speed and cost-effectiveness.

  • Office Administration: Keep the "Hoopla Aesthetic" alive. This includes managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and ensuring the warehouse and office are always "tour-ready" for clients.

  • Workflow Optimization: We don't just want someone to follow a process; we want someone to improve it. You’ll identify bottlenecks and implement smarter ways to stage, pack, and ship.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating ERP systems, shipping software, and G-Suite (Sheets/Docs).

  • Detail-Obsessed: You understand that in the branding world, a crooked label or a dusty box is a failed customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, office management, or a high-level administrative role.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the day.

  • Proven experience managing inventory or complex schedules.

  • Local to the Boise/Garden City area with reliable transportation.
