The BBSI Risk Consultant (RC), in collaboration with a Business Unit (BU), provides consultative support on human capital / management issues to a broad array of clients. The primary objective of the RC and BU is to maximize business owner’s investment in their human capital through establishment of best practices. The RC partners with clients to educate and influence them on promotion of proactive risk management cultures, focusing on risk mitigation, occupational health and behavior-based safety.
