Seniors Helping Seniors® Treasure Valley matches active seniors with seniors who need help to remain living independently. We're seeking the best In-Home Non-Medical Senior Caregivers in the Treasure Valley.
We offer flexible hours. Whether you want to work less than 8 hours a week or up to 32 hours, we are here to support your work-life balance by giving you an opportunity to help other seniors while earning income and maintaining your lifestyle and hobbies. Qualifications:

• An older adult with 40+ years of life experience
• Driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)
• Cell phone
• Personal email account and ability to send/receive emails
• Conversational English fluency
• Weekend availability a plus (in addition to weekdays)
• Enjoy working with our senior population
• Be a caring, empathetic, compassionate, and reliable individual
• Understand the importance of our services to our seniors
• Have a positive attitude and be dedicated to our Seniors Helping Seniors® Treasure Valley mission
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by Seniors Helping Seniors® Treasure Valley
• Be proactive in finding other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completed

• Provide Companionship
• Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, wash dishes, etc…
• Shopping and Errands
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Pet Care
• Light Yard Work
• Light Handyman Services
• Overnight Supervision
• Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family, shopping, miscellaneous activities, or their favorite restaurant

• Assist with Dressing
• Assist with Feeding
• Assist with Showering / Bathing
• Mobility Assistance
• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
• Memory Care

• Arrive on Time for all Services
• Maintain documentation of all services provided
• Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff
• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff
• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible
• Clock in and out using our care management system

• Starting wage of $16 per hour
• Paid training for newly hired employees - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
