Zelus Recovery is a well-established private outpatient treatment agency and a recognized leader in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment throughout the Treasure Valley. We serve adolescents and adults using a family systems approach, emphasizing deep, meaningful relationships with clients and their families to support long-term recovery.

We are seeking a committed, clinically skilled, and empathetic Counselor to join our respected and collaborative team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals at one of the leading treatment centers in the Treasure Valley, providing high-quality care to adolescents and adults in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

This position may be part-time or full-time and involves leading adolescent and adult groups. No weekends.

What You’ll Bring

• One or more of the following credentials: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT
• Preferred: At least two years of clinical experience, including:
• Clinical assessments
• Process and psychoeducation groups
• Individual and family therapy
• Case management
• Weekday evening availability
• Knowledge and understanding of 12-Step recovery

What We Offer

• Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 annually (negotiable)
• Part-time or full-time opportunities
• No weekends
• In-person position (not remote)
