Capell Flooring & Interiors, a family-owned flooring and design showroom, is looking for a dependable and people-focused Office Manager / Operations Coordinator to join our fun and professional team.

For over 50 years, we’ve proudly served the Treasure Valley by helping families create beautiful spaces they love. This role is key to keeping our showroom running smoothly while supporting both customers and our team.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time or part-time options available

  • Must be available at least 2 Saturdays/month

  • Pay DOE + benefits for eligible full-time hires

  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership-level Office Manager role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers, including leading our Design Audit™ process

  • Process quotes, orders, and scheduling using our flooring software ERP

  • Coordinate vendors, installers, and deliveries

  • Manage calendars, phones, and email communication

  • Help organize showroom samples and displays

  • Support with billing, invoicing, and general office management tasks

Desired Skills:

  • Organized, tech-friendly, and proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams

  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to think in 3D and see the big picture

  • Quick, dedicated learner with an ownership mentality

  • Helpful (but not required): interest in interior design, flooring, or home improvement
