COMEDYSPORTZ BOISE HAS A NEW THEATER OPENING-CLEAN COMEDY FOR EVERYONE!
BOISE, ID – CSz Boise, a local nonprofit dedicated to strengthening individuals and families through improvisation, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of The Green Room, a brand-new performing arts theater located on the Boise Bench. As a hub for creativity, confidence-building, and community, The Green Room will offer a welcoming space for both performers and audiences to experience the power of live entertainment.
With a diverse lineup of performances, The Green Room will be the go-to destination for improv and comedy in the Treasure Valley. Friday nights will feature an exciting mix of local and traveling acts, with show ratings varying by event. Saturday nights will showcase ComedySportz, the fast-paced, family-friendly improv competition that has been delighting audiences for over 40 years. A staple in more than 25 cities across the U.S. and in Manchester, ComedySportz guarantees laughter for all ages with its interactive, high-energy format.
In addition to live performances, CSz Boise will offer improv and acting classes for individuals ages 8 to 108, providing opportunities for personal growth, creativity, and connection. Class registration is now open, with special early bird discounts available through February 14th.
The community is invited to celebrate The Green Room’s official Grand Opening on February 21st and 22nd—coinciding with CSz Boise’s 12th anniversary. This milestone weekend will feature unforgettable performances, special guests, and the chance to experience the magic of improvisation in Boise’s newest creative space. Additionally, an Open House will be held on February 22nd from 12 to 2 PM, inviting guests to explore the venue, meet the team, and learn more about upcoming programs.
